1. Purpose of Services

MorSuccess is a professional job consultancy and career support platform, offering job placement assistance, resume building, interview training, and career counseling to job seekers, while helping employers find the right candidates.

2. For Job Seekers

• Candidates must provide complete and accurate details about their personal, educational, and professional background.

• False or misleading information may result in termination of services.

💰 Registration & Placement Charges

• A one-time permanent registration charge of ₹500 is applicable, which allows the candidate to attend up to 5 interviews arranged by MorSuccess.

• Once selected, the candidate agrees to pay an amount equal to 15 days of their first salary as a consultancy service fee.

• This consultancy fee must be paid after the candidate receives their first salary from the employer.

• Non-payment of the consultancy fee after job placement may lead to legal or blacklisting action.

• MorSuccess does not guarantee job placement, but offers the best possible support.

• All interview and joining decisions are made by the employer.

3. For Employers

• Employers must share detailed and genuine job requirements.

• Feedback on shared profiles should be given within 3-5 business days.

• Final hiring decisions rest with the employer.

• Employers are requested to inform MorSuccess about joining and offer details of selected candidates.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

• MorSuccess keeps all shared data confidential and uses it solely for recruitment and placement purposes.

• Information is never shared with any third party without written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

• MorSuccess facilitates connections between employers and job seekers and does not guarantee hiring.

• We are not responsible for any loss or misconduct from third parties using our name.

• Any misuse of MorSuccess brand identity will be legally addressed.

6. Amendments

• MorSuccess reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Changes will be communicated through official WhatsApp or social media channels.
